When a child struggles with their learning, behavior, performance, weight or overall health, the impact is felt heavily by the parents or caregivers. Many times, parents seek help from tutors, coaches, counselors or medications. However, in many cases the solution is easily found through changes in lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition.
Research confirms that to effectively impact the health of a child, change needs to begin at home with the parent or caregiver themselves. Based on this fact, Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. Workshops focus on educating and empowering parents and caregivers which can dramatically improve the health of the child and the entire family.
Coaches who are certified to teach families have the ability to choose between two workshop formats to find a delivery method that best fits their need or situation.
