Prime-Time Health workshops are taught by highly trained Certified Coaches who are available to help individuals set up their Individual Retirement Plan for Health. Coaches will take participants through the steps to setting up their IRAH in a fun, interactive way. The relaxed atmosphere of classes allows participants a chance to have their questions answered, fill out a specially designed workbook and complete practical hands-on activities.
